Dr. Poole and our front desk team: Allie, Mandy and Kelly were lucky enough to fly to Scottsdale, Arizona for 4 days to attend a dynamic front desk class and explore the area and spend some fun times together.

First and foremost we all fell in love with the Scottsdale area, the architecture, landscape with all the cactus and the deep blue sky we had the whole trip were phenomenal. The hotels we stayed at were also such a treat. The first one "The Phoenician" had an amazing pool and views of Camelback Mountain.

After settling in and exploring we started day one of our two day course. The course was all day, but the speaker Scott Leune is one of the most dynamic speakers and business minds in dentistry, so we were all very engaged. As attendees, we were filled with excitement and eager to learn new ways to improve our office in a positive way. Over the two days we covered hundreds of pages of innovative business systems and management principles and had a even higher level of drive to work even harder once we got back home.

Our second hotel The Westin Kierland was also a special experience. The grounds were beautiful; we loved ending the night by the fire pit talking about our favorite moments of the course. A favorite of the trip was listening to The Westin Kierland's 'Scottish Pipes at Sunset' series with bagpiper Michael McClanathan & his son.  In keeping with the resort's dedication to the folks who settled early Arizona, the Scottish Pipes at Sunset series pays tribute to the contributions made by Scottish immigrants to the development of Arizona's railroads, mines and towns.

Our last day in Scottsdale we got to relax and explore the area even more. We tried some amazing food, a favorite was a small Italian restaurant. Mandy and Kelly got to enjoy the world class shopping mall. We all left for home feeling grateful for such an amazing experience!
